注:以50μl PCR反應(yīng)體系為例,每次使用25μl 2×MasterMix,500μl可做20次 50μl PCR反應(yīng)。
● 儲存條件: -20℃可長期保存;4℃穩(wěn)定貯存3個月。經(jīng)常使用時,一旦融化后請4℃貯存,盡量避免反復(fù)凍融。
● 產(chǎn)品簡介:
本產(chǎn)品包含Taq DNA聚合酶、dNTPs、MgCl2、反應(yīng)緩沖液、PCR反應(yīng)的增強劑和優(yōu)化劑以及穩(wěn)定劑,濃度為2×。使用時,只需補加實驗所需的引物和模板后即可進行PCR反應(yīng),可最大限度的減少人為誤差,具有快速簡便、穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點。適用于常規(guī)PCR反應(yīng)、復(fù)雜模板(如GC含量高,有二級結(jié)構(gòu))的擴增以及大規(guī)模基因檢測。使用該產(chǎn)品得到的PCR擴增產(chǎn)物末端含有一個A堿基,可以直接用于TA克隆。
● 質(zhì)量控制:
經(jīng)檢測無外源核酸酶活性;PCR方法檢測無宿主殘余基因組DNA;能有效地擴增人基因組中的單拷貝基因。
● 使用說明:
1. 冰浴中徹底融化2×MasterMix,混勻后Minispin將溶液收集到管底。
2. 按照下表在0.2ml PCR管中制備反應(yīng)體系:

3. 快甩離心將反應(yīng)液收集到管底。
